Where can I download the NAPA Auto Rewards app?

You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store - see the download page for more information.

What devices does the app support?

The app is compatible with most Android and iOS smartphones. You'll need iOS version 26 and Android version 15 (Vanilla Ice Cream), as of December 2025

The app says it's "not available in my region"

Ensure your device region or app store settings are set to the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Account setup & login

The app won't download or install, what should I do?

  1. Check you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Ensure your device has enough storage space.
  3. Try restarting your phone.
  4. If the issue continues, contact support via support@napaautorewards.com

How do I create an account?

You must have a valid and active Parts 360 account to access the app. You'll also need to be using the same email address on both Parts 360 and the NAPA Auto Rewards app to link your account, enable access and ensure you can collect your stamps. If you don't already have a Parts 360 account, you'll need to request an account.

I didn't get my verification email to log into my account, what now?

Check your spam or junk folder - if you find the email, please ensure you click on the last link you received. If you are still unable to locate the email, please let contact the Support team via support@napaautorewards.com.

It says my login isn't recognised

Please ensure you are using the same email address for the app as you use for Parts 360.

I can't log in anymore

Please check that you are using the email address that matches your Parts 360 account email address. If this doesn’t work, please contact the support team at support@napaautorewards.com to let them know. If you've recently changed your Parts 360 account, please mention this on your email to the support team.

Using the App

How do I earn stamps?

You can earn stamps by purchasing qualifying products related to the stamp card promotion. Ensure your spend of those products meets the minimum spend requirement and this all occurs within a single invoice. Click on the ⓘ in the top right corner of the stamp card to find out more.

Where can I see the current promotions?

Your active promotions will appear as stamp cards on the homepage of the app, and in more detail on the stamp page of the app. Navigate to stamps using the navigation menu at the bottom of the app and click on the ⓘ in the top right of the stamp card to find out how to earn stamps.

I didn't receive a stamp and I think I should have?

Stamps will appear on your stamp card the day after your invoice is raised. You will need to ensure the transaction reached the minimum spend requirement in a single invoice in order to qualify for a stamp. The Terms & Conditions for every promotion are listed on the back of the stamp card.

How will I know when I've completed a stamp card?

When you've completed a stamp card, you'll receive an in-app notification and the relevant rewards will be added to your rewards total. You can keep a track of this by clicking on the reward gift card icon on the top right of your app screen.

Rewards & redemptions

What happens when I complete my stamp card?

You’ll earn a reward, which will be saved for 3 months in your reward area. You'll need to claim your reward for a digital gift card. 1 reward is worth £5.00 (or €5.00 EUR if based in Republic of Ireland). Tap Rewards in the app to view the available digital gift cards and redeem them.

How long do I have to claim my reward?

Rewards must be claimed within 3 months of earning them.

My rewards balance has decreased, but I haven't claimed any rewards?

If you can’t see your rewards, they may have expired. Rewards need to be claimed within 3 months of earning them. After that time, they can no longer be claimed.

Do digital gift cards expire?

This varies from retailer to retailer, but most gift cards will have an expiry date. Please refer to the retailer Terms and Conditions which can be found in the app under 'View Code' in the 'Orders' section under 'Account' for more information. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu.

How long do I have to exchange my reward for a digital gift card?

You will have 3 months to exchange your reward for a digital gift card. You will be notified by email if you have any rewards that are due to expire and you can see this in the app on your Statement.

How do I access my digital gift card?

Once you have selected your digital gift card, it will appear in the 'Account' section under 'Orders'. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu in the app.

Can I redeem the gift card online or in-store?

This varies from retailer to retailer. Please refer to the retailer Terms and Conditions which can be found in the app under 'View Code' in the 'Orders' section, under the 'Account' tab for more information. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu.

Do I need to print the gift card to redeem it?

Most digital gift cards can be used directly from your mobile device by showing the barcode or code. Please refer to the retailer Terms and Conditions which can be found in the app under 'View Code' in the 'Orders' section, under 'Account' for more information. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu.

How do I check my digital gift card balance?

You can check a digital gift card balance online on the retailer website or by contacting the retailer customer service team. Please refer to the retailer website for contact details.

Can a digital gift card be cancelled?

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel a digital gift card.

Can I combine multiple digital gift cards in one purchase?

Most retailers allow you to use multiple digital gift cards, but this is dependent on the retailer. Please refer to the retailer Terms and Conditions which can be found in the app under 'View Code' in the 'Orders' section, under 'Account' for more information. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Choose your preferred gift card in the Rewards section of the app and follow the instructions to claim your reward.

Can I get a higher value gift card than £5 or €5?

The maximum value for a single gift card is £5.00 or €5.00. However, you can claim multiple gift cards and, if the retailer allows it, you can add and combine them in the retailers digital wallet to use together.

My digital gift card code isn't working — what should I do?

  1. Check that you entered the code exactly as shown.
  2. Ensure you’re redeeming on the correct brand’s website.
  3. If you have issues using a digital gift card, please contact the Support Team by navigating to 'Account' and clicking the options icon (3 dots in the top left of the page) and selecting 'Contact Us'. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu.

Another member of staff is receiving my stamps

Are you using a Parts 360 account that matches your NAPA Auto Rewards account? Your NAPA Auto Rewards account is linked to your Parts 360 account by email address, so you’ll only earn stamps when orders are placed through the matching Parts 360 email.

How do I know which digital gift cards have been used in the Accounts tab

We’re unable to see whether a digital gift card has been used. You can view the date it was claimed in the app, and for confirmation of use, please contact the retailer directly.

My digital gift card code is missing.

Digital gift cards will not appear in Account section until the 'Claim Reward' button is selected. Once selected, you will see a confirmation message on screen. If you still believe your gift card code is missing, please contact the Support team via support@napaautorewards.com, letting them know which digital gift card you have selected along with the date and approximate time it was selected.

I cant see my digital gift card code when clicking View Code button.

The digital gift card code will only appear in the app if you have a stable internet connection.

My gift card is not accepted by the retailer.

Please refer to the retailer's' Terms and Conditions for how the digital gift card can be used. This can be found under 'View Code' in the 'Orders' section, under 'Account' for more information. You can access 'Account' via the bottom navigation menu. For further help, please contact the retailer's Customer Service team.

Technical issues

The app keeps freezing or crashing

Make sure you have an internet connection. If the problem persists, please let the Support Team know at support@napaautorewards.com.

I can't see this month's promotion

If you can't see any active stamp cards, please contact the Support Team by emailing support@napaautorewards.com and we we can check this for you.

Data

How do I delete my account?

Contact support@napaautorewards.com and request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted and securely stored. We comply with GDPR and all relevant privacy regulations. You can find the Privacy Policy in the app under the Account tab.
